Going Beyond
Break/Fix is what we at Riverside Technologies, Inc. (RTI) call the department that houses our multi-step process that ensures your system functions as well as possible. Each system passes through many steps, allowing our technicians to accurately diagnose, correct, and quality check before returning it. The skill levels present in break/fix vary from entry level all the way to expert, to best serve our customers. Every individual holds valuable skills that help the department function whether it is taking on new tasks, offering feedback, or specialized problem solving.
The Process if There Is an Issue
- A system is sent to our facility with reported issues.
- The system is entered into our Inventory for tracking purposes.
- It is passed on to Diagnostics where it goes through a series of tests to accurately detect the issues needing further evaluation or repair.
- It is moved on to the ordering process where our data entry employees order the parts needed to repair the system.
- Once the parts arrive, our technician’s expectation is to have the system repaired within 24 hours.
- It is sent to Quality Control where all unnecessary stickers, drawings, and spills are removed from the units till they look like new.
- Most units are then safely packaged for delivery and then shipped out in our specifically designed green delivery boxes.
The Process if There Isn’t an Issue
- A system is sent to our facility with no reported issues.
- The system is entered into our Inventory for tracking purposes.
- It is sent to a tier two technician who completes a more detailed diagnostic to ensure there are no issues.
- It is sent to Quality Control where all unnecessary stickers, drawings, and spills are removed from the units leaving a streak free shine.
- Most units are then safely packaged for delivery and then shipped out in our specifically designed green delivery boxes.
