What Is HPE InfoSight?
HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) InfoSight is the industry’s first artificial intelligence (AI) recommendation engine. According to HPE, it is an “industry-leading predictive analytics platform that brings software-defined intelligence to the data center with the ability to predict and prevent infrastructure problems before they happen.” It is designed to simplify and reduce the guesswork in managing infrastructure as well as improve application reliability. Leveraging advanced machine learning, HPE InfoSight paves the way toward an autonomous data center.

It continuously collects data from thousands of embedded sensors built into every system, meaning it is constantly learning and making customers’ systems smarter and more reliable.

HPE InfoSight provides customers with insights from the past to the future, up and down infrastructure stacks, and across multi-site environments. It provides global visibility into big data insight around detailed performance trending, capacity analytics, health checks, and best practice information.
Availability
HPE InfoSight with the new AI recommendation engine became available January 2018 to all HPE Nimble Storage customers with an active support contract. HPE InfoSight for 3PAR became available January 2018 to all 3PAR customers with an active support contract.
